Our area of activity

INGE initiates, accompanies and supports the entire conversion process. An essential component is the training of patients, nursing and service staff, physicians and dieticians. For this purpose, presentations and comprehensive information material (e.g. flyers, brochures including a collection of recipes, website) are developed and made available. In addition, we advise the kitchen staff on site or at the catering company. On request, ProVeg Food Services conducts cooking training and develops suitable recipes for a plant-based menu line together with the on-site kitchen. The entire process is scientifically accompanied.
